“An amazing place”
This place is amazing. It is one of the few places you fall in love with, and where you want to stay forever.
The architecture of the lodges and the main building are awesome and also the tents are really beautiful and huge. The decoration is full of character. They have 24/7 electricity and hot water and the fastest Wi-Fi we had in Tanzania.
The setting is magnificent. The view over the plains is beautiful and at dusk you can see the elephants, waterbucks and other animals at the water pool just in front of the fire place and terrace.
It is amazing to sleep in a tent, while the zebra’s and other animals are ‘out there’ on the other side of the canvas. (But it is not scary at all.)
Above all it´s the people that make Ecoscience a very special place. The whole staff is dedicated to make your stay a pleasant one. They seem to take pride and pleasure in their work and seem to thoroughly enjoy making their guests happy. They are correct and attentive but full of humour and make you feel at home. The food was delicious and they prepared a special dish for the children.
Just let Ecoscience be the last stay on your safari, because your expectations will be too high if this is the beginning of your trip and all the following lodges might become a disappointment.

“Amazing lodge with great comfort, stunning view, friendly staff and delicious cuisine”
Ecoscience is a great place to spend a few days deep in the savannah of Tanzania.
The lodge is has a great atmosphere with great people working there and a stunning view into the damp area of Tarangire national park.

We stayed in the luxury lodge rooms, which are of exceptional architecture and comfort. From the terrace of the room you can see the elephant families wandering by if you are lucky.

The food (especially the lunch boxes) were to die for …

What I especially enjoyed about this great place is: The owners achieved to build up a luxury lodge with a sustainable environmental aspect, where the energy comes from solar panels and they employ local people, etc. On top, they support the village with their community projects and to the lodge belongs a scientific center for volcanology in Tanzania.
